Una suggestiva galleria di luce e vetro racconta i riflessi e le illusioni della materia, offrendo al visitatore un’esperienza immersiva. In questo spazio la luce immaginata dallo studio Rossi Bianchi, autore del lighting design della mostra, diviene protagonista, essa stessa materia impalpabile in grado di conferire tridimensionalità alle superfici in vetro e in specchio degli oggetti e alle pareti realizzate con lamelle trasparenti retroilluminate. Qui il gradiente cromatico cambia molto lentamente, in un processo dinamico e riflessivo che cita le installazioni luminose di Dan Flavin e James Turrell. Il continuo gioco di riflessi è enfatizzato dalla luce, emanata dalla lunga lampada a sospensione, che si riverbera sul soffitto e sugli arredi specchianti e trasparenti. La galleria accoglie anche una grande installazione composta dagli iconici divani Superonda realizzati in materiale tecnico con finitura lucida: qui è possibile sedersi o sdraiarsi, osservando il lento fluire dei colori.

An evocative gallery of light and glass recounts the reflections and illusions of matter, offering visitors an immersive experience. In this space, the lighting conceived by studio Rossi Bianchi, who created the light design for the exhibition, turns into the main feature, itself an impalpable material yet able to confer three-dimensionality to the glass and mirrored surfaces of objects, and the walls comprised of transparent, backlit slats. Here, the chromatic gradient changes very slowly, in a dynamic and reflective process referencing the light installations of Dan Flavin and James Turrell. The ongoing game of reflections is emphasised by the light emitted by the long, pendant lamp, which reverberates against the ceiling and the mirrored, clear furniture. The gallery also welcomes a large installation consisting of the iconic Superonda sofas made of technical textiles with a glossy finish; here one can sit or lie down to observe the slow flow of colours.
